Lamia Suite, which is located in a 19th century building adjoining Relais, is a true gem. The suite overlooks the hotel’s pool and fruit orchard. It is holidays of a very special kind that you will spend in this 80 m² suite, its stone walls and conical ceiling reflecting trulli architecture. It includes a romantic bedroom and a living room with TV, DVD player, PC and a small video collection. The bathroom is an architectural experience in itself, offering two showers and a small spa facility with whirlpool, Turkish bath and bicycle ergometer. Lamia Suite also offers two firesides and air conditioning.
At Relais, you will find W-LAN and an internet point.
The very heart of the hotel near Ostuni is its excellent and repeatedly prized restaurant. It is above all regional produce, partly from its own vegetable garden and fruit orchard, which is served there. Francesco Nacci, chef of the restaurant, and his team take Apulian traditional cuisine as a base for new creations. The restaurant’s specialities are all kinds of fish dishes and home-made pasta.
The various courses are served with first class, mainly regional wines. Those who would like to peep over the chef’s shoulder, will look forward to „Chef per un giorno“, a program offered regularly. This is a kind of cookery course where you can get to know some of the chef’s secrets of how to prepare bread, fresh pasta, meat and wine.

Do not miss out on visiting the magnificent Baroque town of Lecce in the Salento, which borders Valle d’Itria to the south.
