Towns/villages in Apulia: holiday homes / apartments & country estate

Hospitable people, cultural attractions and sandy beaches aplenty – Apulia is a magnificent holiday destination. Let us introduce you to some of the most interesting villages and towns in Apulia, pictures included.

Multifaceted travel destination Apulia – selected towns/villages in the valley of the trulli and in the Salento

Alberobello – Gem in Valle d’Itria and main attraction for those who wish to take a very close look at the trulli, visits to former dwellings included.

Cisternino – White towns, the bright façades of their houses shining in the sunlight and visible from afar in their hilltop location, 'characterize' the valley of the trulli. Cisternino is one of them and worth a visit.

Gallipoli – Fishing tradition and bustling town life at the seaside combined. Above all in midsummer, the alleys and squares simply brim with typical Italian way of life and joie de vivre.

Lecce – Baroque town, which fascinates thousands of visitors every year and is, not without reason, called one of Italy’s most beautiful towns.

Locorotondo – translates as "round place", which pertains to the fascinating circular layout of this town, above all of its historic center, on a hilltop in the valley of the trulli. A remarkable number of Michelin-recommended restaurants serve delicious meals to hungry guests every day.

Martina Franca – Fascinating Baroque town surrounded by trulli. Absolutely worth a visit!

Ostuni – A dream in white and fascinating architecture wherever you look!

Porto Selvaggio & Nardò – Parco Porto Selvaggio is a protected area and welcomes you with untouched nature and wild-romantic beaches. The small town of Nardò invites you to take a leisurely stroll through its lovely centro storico.

Santa Maria di Leuca - "de finibus terrae": In former times, this was the end of the world then known. Santa Maria di Leuca is a picturesque, small seaside town with a harbor, terrific beaches and a fantastic view from the cape, where steep slopes plunge down into the sea.

Selva di Fasano - A tranquil village in the midst of green and the little sister of the main town of Fasano.
